Sales Trainee responsibilities include rotating through various company departments to learn business operations, assisting senior management with daily tasks and projects, participating in training sessions and workshops, and developing key skills like problem-solving, communication, sales, and data analysis to prepare for future leadership roles. The role involves observing experienced staff, contributing to strategic planning, ensuring smooth daily sales operations, and adapting to different tasks and changing environments within the organization

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply the basics of sales and marketing
• Assist in leading and training team members as you progress
• Support client campaigns and promotional activities
• Manage customer relationships and ensure brand satisfaction
• Collaborate with leadership to improve team and campaign performance
• Prepare for future roles in team management, recruiting, and operations
