**Job Title: Sanitation Worker** **Shift available: Grave:10:00 pm to 6:30 am** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated janitorial workers to join our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within a manufacturing environment. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. **Responsibilities** + Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans. + Dust and damp mop floors using approved techniques. + Move equipment and furniture for thorough cleaning and return them to their proper placements. + Clean assigned areas using designated materials and equipment. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 6 months recent experience in janitorial work. + Ability to perform basic cleaning of bathrooms, manufacturing floors, and common areas. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No formal education required. + Experience in general labor and production environments is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Join a team where your contributions are valued, and benefit from health coverage and pay increases upon union membership after 6 weeks. Shifts are flexible, including day, swing, and grave shifts. Candidates must be adaptable to various shifts, starting initially on the day shift for the first 6 weeks, with the possibility of moving to other shifts thereafter. Light and heavy lifting are required, with specific shift schedules to be assigned. The environment is dynamic, focusing on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, California. **Apply now!** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
