As a Security Professional - Aero Patrols in Mesa, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a leading aerospace and defense location. Your primary responsibilities include conducting regular patrols of assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding to any unusual activity. You will interact with a diverse range of individuals, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following protocols established for aerospace and defense environments.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions to appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas as required for the location.
• Assist with emergency and evacuation procedures as needed, maintaining clear communication with Allied Universal and client contacts.
• Complete detailed and accurate incident and shift reports in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
