As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: Lodi, CA
• Set schedule: 16 hours per week
• Grave: Saturday -Sunday, 10:00 pm - 6:30 am
• Competitive hourly wage of $20.50 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Officer

• Administering non-contact temperature checks and health-related questionnaires to employees and visitors entering the facility
• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Following protocols for denying or restricting entry to anyone with elevated temperature or a health risk.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment by controlling access points
• Monitoring and authorizing the entry and exit of personnel and vehicles through security gates and access points.
• Conducting regular patrols of the premises, including the building interior, production areas, and perimeter fence.
• Operating and monitoring surveillance equipment and CCTV cameras to detect and deter unlawful acts or security breaches.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Documenting security-related incidents, daily activities, and observations in detailed reports.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Officer

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
