Job Description: Amplytics is looking for a highly motivated Senior Consultant - Microsoft Power Platform to join our Technology Innovation practice. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents). You will work closely with our clients, providing technical leadership, consulting, and hands-on development expertise to build scalable solutions that meet their business needs. Key Responsibilities: Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement complex business applications and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies. Consulting & Advisory: Work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide technical advisory services, and recommend best practices for leveraging the Power Platform to solve their challenges. Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor junior consultants and developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and support. Customization & Integration: Customize Power Platform solutions to integrate with existing systems, including Dynamics 365, Azure, and other third-party applications. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of Power Platform solutions for clients. Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, with experience in designing and developing custom connectors, model-driven apps, and canvas apps. Experience integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft technologies (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure) and third-party systems. Microsoft Power Platform certification(s) (e.g., Power Platform Functional Consultant or Developer) is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to develop creative solutions to client challenges. Prior experience leading teams or mentoring junior developers/consultants is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience working in consulting environments or with external clients on multiple projects. Hands-on experience with Azure services, such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management, for integrating with the Power Platform. Familiarity with Power Virtual Agents or experience building chatbots. Experience with data modeling, database design, and querying using Dataverse, SQL, or other database systems. Knowledge of governance and security best practices within the Power Platform. Experience in developing custom solutions using Power Platform Developer Tools (e.g., PowerShell, Azure DevOps pipelines). Interested in the role?
