We're looking for a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Leader to oversee all FSQA operations at one of our largest and most complex facilities. In this critical role, you’ll: Lead and develop a team of 6–15 FSQA professionals Drive compliance with USDA/FDA, GFSI, and customer standards Own HACCP, Food Safety Plans, audits, and customer visits Partner cross-functionally to drive food safety culture and operational improvements Support plant trials, new product launches, and sanitation program performance Serve as the site SME for customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies What we’re looking for:

• ️+ years of experience in FSQA (USDA-regulated environments required)
• ️roven leadership in multi-shift and high-volume food manufacturing
• ️trong communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
• ️achelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biology, or related field
• ️ACCP, PCQI, and GFSI certifications (preferred)
