In GTM Operations we have a simple (but not easy) mission to drive predictable, scalable, and profitable revenue growth for Miro. You will join a highly motivated, energetic GTM Operations Team that takes pride in growing customer relationships, running strategic sales cycles, and delivering the Miro value proposition to a diverse base of accounts globally across all segments. You will be in a unique position to have a substantial impact on GTM culture and top line and bottom line revenue.
Miro is evolving into a multi-product platform, and were looking for a strategic and cross-functional Senior Manager of GTM Operations to support and scale our go-to-market motion across the entire customer journey from acquisition to expansion and retention.
This role will be a critical operator in ensuring new products are successfully launched and integrated into Miros broader GTM ecosystem. Youll lead the operational strategy behind new product introductions and develop scalable product-specific operations that support teams across GTM once products reach steady state.
Your success will be measured by how effectively you help Miro deliver a seamless customer experience across our growing product portfolioand how well you help internal teams navigate the complexities of a multi-product business.
New Product Introduction (NPI)
The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to San Francisco and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is $193,600 - $254,100 . Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
