In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. The auction is the heart of our Search Ads business. This is a highly sophisticated system that decides which ads are shown for a given query, how these ads are ranked and how much advertisers have to pay for a click. We are a data-driven team with a user focused mindset. Our mission is to show relevant and helpful ads that meet user needs while driving value for advertisers. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Drive development and secure buy-in for a product vision that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction, achieving an outcome that is greater than the sum of its parts. Lead and harmonize processes to define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new or existing products or business ventures. Develop deep insights of user and advertiser needs and translate these insights into product requirements.
