Job Description Sigmatech is seeking a Senior Security Specialist to support the Delta 12 / 3rd Test and Evaluation Squadron (3TES) Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO). This position will support the GSSO perform all required security requirements to include the following: Review and verify personnel security clearances Enforce physical, personnel, and information security controls Create, coordinate, manage and track internal badges Draft, update, coordinate and implement entry/exit policies and procedures for all facilities Manage all interior/exterior doors and security containers Draft, coordinate, implement, and maintain SCIF/SAPF opening and closing procedures Accomplish personnel security administrative tasks related to security requirements for Collateral and SCI Support all personnel security requirements IAW 5205.07 and 5200.01 Assist with indoctrinations and security education awareness training Process data transfer agreements Conduct administrative support requirements associated with disposition and management of SAP material, and managing the SIMS database Process requests for MED/PED Required Experience High School diploma or equivalent and 8+ years additional education and/or related experience. Relevant training (ex. STEPP/SPFC/SAPPC/SPSC/PSC) is a plus. Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI. Proficient with SIMS. Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy. Ability to excel in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment. In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $130,000 to $140,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location, and often contractual requirements.
