Summary Safely and skillfully operate skid steers (Bobcat/CAT) with various attachments for grading, excavating, and loading.

EXCELLENCE - Equipment Operation: Safely and skillfully operate skid steers (Bobcat/CAT) with various attachments for grading, excavating, and loading.
- Site Preparation: Execute fine grading and sub-grade preparation for asphalt and concrete installations.
- Maintenance: Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance to ensure machinery stays in top working order.
- Crew Collaboration: Work closely with the Foreman and crew to ensure project specs are met on time

- Teach others to learn what you know to help them grow.
Qualifications Education and Experience - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous related experience in the construction field is a plus.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle to get to the job site.
Other Qualifications - Acceptable driving record
- Excellent work ethic.
- Ability to work seasonally. Typically April - November but could be called in during the winter for work as weather allows.
