About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, video editing (including green screen), and visual storytelling. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic planning to ensure engaging, high-quality content across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and original content (videos, graphics, photography) tailored for different social media platforms.

  • Content Planning & Scheduling: Strategize, plan, and manage the publishing calendar to ensure timely and consistent posts.

  • Video Production: Record, edit, and enhance videos with advanced editing skills—especially with green screens, transitions, and adding motion graphics/elements.

  • Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and other departments to align content with brand goals and campaigns.

  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive engagement and growth.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role .

  • Strong video editing skills (green screen, adding visual effects, color grading, motion graphics).

  • Proficiency with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva).

  • Skilled in photography and videography (framing, lighting, storytelling).

  • Excellent understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creativity, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
