**Description** SAIC is seeking to hire a **Software Support IV** , this position is **located in San Diego, CA** and ideal candidate will need to be local to area. This is a **Hybrid/Remote** role. **JOB DUTIES:** + Working under the supervision of a Test Lead. + Executes test plans, test cases, and test procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements. + Performs verification activities on work products using defined methods, procedures and criteria with an appropriate verification environment. + Documents and communicates test results. Supports analysis of test results and resolution of open issues. Documents and works to resolve all complex problems. + Reports progress on problem resolution to management. + Position to grow into authoring automated tests. **Qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS** : + High School Degree and eight (8) years or more of related experience; years of experience in lieu of degree will be reviewed. + Must be a U.S. Citizen. + Must have an active Secret Clearance. + Familiarity/Experience with automated testing including the use of test automation tools such as Selenium and Zephyr. + Familiarity with Test Driven Development. Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
