As a leader in retail marketing and client acquisitions, we specialize in creating and implementing customized promotional strategies for a large portfolio of clients. We are looking for ambitious and creative forward thinkers that will engage directly with clients in order to contribute fresh ideas to our events team. This entry level role allows both hands-on experience and classroom training from our nationally recognized management team. Junior team members will be trained to represent our company with professionalism and practice honesty and integrity in all business transactions.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up promotional displays required at each event to create excitement about featured client brands as well as their products and/or services.
2. Develop and execute promotional event campaigns on-site.
3. Engage with consumers to secure accounts and increase brand awareness.
4. Cross training in all departments (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, HR).
5. Build product knowledge and learn sales systems.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for clients and consumers.
• Positive attitude & eagerness to learn.
• Must have access to a vehicle. Travel to on-site promotional events is a requirement.
• Embodies a positive attitude, accountability, and an openness to diversity.
• Takes initiative in order to respond accordingly to any situation that may arise.
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
