A fast-growing energy company is seeking a Senior In-House Counsel . This role will be central to supporting the company’s legal needs across project development, construction, financing, and operations. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary legal advisor for U.S. activities. Draft, review, and negotiate key project and financing documents (e.g., land use, PPA, EPC, tax equity, debt). Support corporate governance and compliance for all U.S. entities. Manage outside counsel relationships and legal budgets. Collaborate with a global legal team and cross-functional business units. Requirements: JD with strong academic credentials. Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state. 5–7+ years of legal experience, ideally in renewables, energy, or infrastructure. Proven expertise in project development, M&A, and/or finance. Strong judgment, business orientation, and ability to work independently.
