Your Impact

We seek an experienced and collaborative Sr. Project Manager for Healthcare Buildings, based in Los Angeles, reporting to the Program Manager. Youll oversee project delivery from conception to completion, manage construction oversight, resolve complex issues, and ensure project progress, technical performance, safety, schedule, scope, and budget are maintained.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of project management experience in design and construction, specifically in healthcare or similar sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-design, building systems, contract management (GMP/lump sum), project delivery methods, team building, and client relationships.
  • Experience in vendor procurement, change order negotiation, budget and schedule management, and client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Design Assist Delivery experience.
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
