Key responsibilities include: Overseeing vehicle inspections and making comprehensive recommendations, building repair orders, and sourcing parts. Communicating effectively with customers about pricing estimates and promoting shop service specials. Leading, managing, and coaching a team aligned with our company's vision, purpose, core values, and culture. Meeting weekly and monthly goals. Maintaining inventory counts weekly. Handling daily paperwork, reconciling invoices, managing shop financials, daily deposits, and warranty accountability with a solution-oriented approach and multitasking skills.
