Responsibilities include using critical negotiating and competitive bidding skills to deliver cost control and reduction with current and prospective suppliers; managing supplier contracts and continuous supplier performance evaluation relative to business needs and market conditions; analyzing category spend to initiate restructuring of vendor base to achieve cost savings goals; seeking continuous improvement to drive innovation for all products within assigned product categories. Compensation A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $80,135.00 - $101,743.82/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
