We’re seeking a Superintendent to oversee general construction and renovation projects valued around $4M at major federal/government sites in Prince William and Fairfax County, VA . This is an immediate opportunity to join a well-established General Contractor with a strong track record delivering federal projects on time and on budget .

What You’ll Do

• Lead all onsite construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to specification.
• Direct subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews while maintaining strong client and owner relations.
• Manage quality control, enforce safety standards, and resolve field issues proactively.
• Report project progress, schedule impacts, and field updates directly to Project Management.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Superintendent experience in federal construction projects (renovation and ground-up).
• Strong ability to manage subcontractors, enforce schedules, and drive accountability.
• Solid knowledge of construction means and methods with a history of successfully delivering projects in the $3M–$10M range .
• Active OSHA 30 and ability to pass background/security checks preferred
