Were looking for a People Business Partner to support our GTM Revenue and Marketing teams. This role blends coaching, problem-solving, employee relations, and steady execution of core People processes. Youll work closely with managers across a fast-moving, evolving part of the business, helping them lead with clarity and confidence through change. Youll join a People Team that loves good thinking, crisp execution, and practical solutions. Your work will make a direct impact on team health, manager capability, and how our people experience HackerOne at every step of their journey.

Base: $105,000 - $128,000. Offers equity.
