*Job Description* This Telecom Engineer will join a team of 2 others who support our client. They will be responsible for troubleshooting anything telecommunications related for the organization. They will must have experience with Cisco voice products such as UCCX, Jabber, and on perm systems, the whole Cisco collaboration suite. They will take tickets 10-15 tickets per day via ServiceNow. Troubleshooting issues with PBX ( (hunt Group, call forwarding, setting up general scheduling) At any given time there are 50+ tickets in the back log that must be serviced and resolved. Issues may include tier one troubleshooting, Sip and trunk protocols. They will work with 3rd party vendors with eFax, Cisco, Momentum, and others. This engineer must have great communication skills and customer service experience as they may be working with nurses, radiologist, and or doctors. In addition to troubleshooting issues, they may be included in projects such as new builds. Our client is averaging 1 new build a month currently. They will help to support setting up the cloud platform for that site. Also, decommissioning old devices, if a clinic is going through an upgrade, this engineer may need to go onsite and decommission old hardware. The organization will pay for the travel.
