Virginia license plus other licensed states preferred. (Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Vermont, Utah, Wyoming) Telemedicine malpractice insurance a plus. Knowledge of durable medical supplies a plus.
