Title & Survey Specialist | Hybrid | Jacksonville, FL | $60K–$75K

Are you detail-oriented and experienced in commercial real estate transactions? A well-established legal team is looking for a Title & Survey Specialist to support their growing real estate and housing practice.

📍 Location: Jacksonville, FL

🏠 Work Style: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote)

💰 Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 annually (based on experience)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret title commitments, surveys, and related real estate documents
• Spot and resolve title discrepancies or issues
• Liaise with title companies, surveyors, and legal teams to ensure smooth closings
• Draft and respond to title objections
• Support attorneys with closing documentation and compliance
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all title/survey requirements are met
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve concerns

🎓 Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent coursework)
• Prior experience in a title company or law firm, especially in commercial real estate
• Strong knowledge of title and survey documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively

💻 Tech Skills:

• Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Adobe Pro or Kofax
• DocuSign and ShareFile familiarity
• Experience with NetDocuments, Centerbase, or similar systems is a plus
