Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with an active Illinois license and BLS certification for a hospital-based operating room position.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in a hospital operating room environment
• Schedule consists of 4 ten-hour shifts per week
• On-call duties are required as needed
• Block scheduling is not available
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Provide patient and family education regarding procedures and care
• Demonstrate clinical judgment in identifying and reporting changes in patient condition
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Promote a healthy work environment through professional communication

\n \n Requirements\n

• Active Illinois RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• Operating Room nursing experience required
