Job Details Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Texas State Bar.
3+ years of experience in trust and estate planning, administration, and litigation.
Strong knowledge of Texas estate laws, tax laws, and fiduciary duties.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage complex cases and provide practical, client-focused solutions.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
