Responsibilities: Work directly with the founders (Based in the US and Gurgaon, India) to translate the product vision into intuitive and engaging user experiences. Help product in the 0 to 1 journey - establish design language and architecture for scalability. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into compelling designs. Create IA, concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and user flows with customers, product, and engineering teams. Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs based on feedback and data. Ensure consistency and alignment with the overall brand and product vision. Optimize designs for performance and accessibility across different devices and platforms. Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 4-7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio (preferably with B2B SaaS examples) showcasing your design skills and previous projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. What Would Be Awesome: Experience with B2B tools or Data visualization products, ideally at an early-stage company. Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Visual design skills. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
