About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for US Marketing Content and Channel Management. This role is pivotal in leading the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of end-to-end marketing content and channel management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and transformation strategy, ensuring the delivery of US marketing initiatives is flexible, flawless, and frictionless. Close partnerships with marketing, product, technology, control management, and compliance teams are essential to drive the transformation of the marketing ecosystem. The VP will also be tasked with leading content and creative development, approval, and distribution, as well as channel operations across various marketing channels. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a proven track record in marketing operations, MarTech, and process execution, with a strong preference for experience in content and channel management. The role requires the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and influence management skills, and a creative, solution-minded approach to problem-solving. Experience in leading large-scale cross-functional teams and projects, particularly in highly regulated industries, is highly valued. The VP will be expected to build and mentor a high-performing marketing operations organization, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus, and to lead with empathy and inclusivity.
