Virtual Assistant

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in graphic design to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

• Design engaging, scroll-stopping social media content (graphics + video) to promote classes, events, listings, and agent wins
• Create dynamic visuals with movement and video not just static images
• Design flyers for SMS and email campaigns, plus banners for platforms like Eventbrite
• Refresh and update past designs with new creative ideas
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all content is aligned with brand identity
• Promote our fun and vibrant company culture through every visual you create
• Work across platforms like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google tools
