Partnership Representative

For over 60 years, we've partnered with more than 44,000 unions and associations including teachers, firefighters, veterans, and nurses to provide their members with supplemental benefits. That means our representatives do not cold-call or solicit. Instead, we meet with families who have already requested our services and help them understand their options.

What You'll Be Doing

As a representative, you'll play an important role in supporting working-class families by:

• Setting appointments with individuals and families who have requested benefits
• Hosting virtual meetings (via Zoom or phone) to explain available coverage
• Consulting with clients to identify the right plans for their needs
• Building long-term relationships through consistent service and follow-up
• Working with a proven system that simplifies training and success
• Reaching personal and team goals while learning how to grow into leadership roles

Minimum Qualifications

We are seeking applicants who bring:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and confidence with Zoom/online platforms
• Strong work ethic, motivation, and discipline
• Good time management and organizational skills
• The ability to pass a background check
• A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn

Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required. We value drive, reliability, and coachability above all else.
