Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll work directly with union members and client families who request information about their benefit options. This role is not about cold calling — clients already reach out to us to learn more about their coverage. Your job is to:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care

  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone)

  • Explain benefits, answer questions, and assist with applications

  • Provide ongoing support to clients and their families

  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships while ensuring excellent service
