Shift: 3rd | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in Newton, NC. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain a dedicated machine to produce high-quality precision parts. Operate and monitor a single machine to produce parts with precise shoulders, steps, tapers, threads, and other machining features.
Use precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet exact specifications and quality standards.
Determine proper feeds and speeds to achieve the best machining results.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
Perform other duties as needed to support production goals.
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine operations.
Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges preferred.
