Job Description

Published: Nov 20, 2024 – The Agile Coach enhances Agile practices to foster innovation, rapid delivery, and continuous improvement while promoting methodology sustainment and pragmatism. This position develops and delivers training on Agile awareness, roles, ceremonies, Lean processes, and continuous improvement, coaching teams to build on existing Agile successes. The coach also collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize performance, identify risks, and implement actions that elevate Agile maturity and align practices with strategic business objectives. Responsibilities: Use a blend of agile frameworks at a team and enterprise level such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAfE, LeSS Building and coaching multiple teams across a range of agile maturity from beginner to high-performing Coach and train leadership, teams, and various agile roles toward a value and outcome mindset Focus on performance and team agile maturity metrics which enable ongoing tracking and growth of teams operating in agile Focus on building operating model interfaces between agile and non-agile parts of the organization Codify agile ways of working for teams to enable teams to have a consistent approach towards agility as they start on their agile journey Build an end-to-end customer and business value-driving mindset and culture Drive engineering practices with “technical teams” using DevOps and agile accelerators toward a continuous improvement mindset Facilitate agile ceremonies/ events at an enterprise level for agile at scale such as Big Room planning, Quarterly Business review, etc. Empower leadership teams in building, growing, and sustaining thriving agile teams Facilitate workshops, boot camps, training, and sessions at the team and organizational level Skills: Agile Frameworks (Hard Skills) Team Coaching (Soft Skills) Leadership Training (Soft Skills) Performance Metrics (Hard Skills) Process Integration (Hard Skills) Agile Codification (Hard Skills) Value Mindset (Soft Skills) DevOps (Hard Skills) #J-18808-Ljbffr Lamwork
