Air Freight Coordinator - Houston, TX
$50,000 - $60,000 per year





We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Air Freight Coordinator to join a dynamic logistics team based in Houston, Texas . This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for international freight operations who can thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.



Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of air import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and customers to arrange bookings, track shipments, and resolve issues.
• Prepare and review documentation.
• Monitor shipment milestones to ensure on-time delivery and proactively communicate updates to clients.
• Support internal teams with rate quotations, carrier selection, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years' experience in air freight operations, freight forwarding, or logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of international air freight procedures, Incoterms, and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with logistics systems and Microsoft Office.
