Pay Rate/Range: $19-25/hr
Description: Working with the cash management/operations staff on daily duties to monitor, input and verify data which includes deposits, Fed Cash Letter Changes, large returns, adjustments, Fud currency deposits/charges, Fed fund investments, loan payments/advances for safekeeping and set up new users in the system. Understand all transactions types such as wires, ACH, large returns and vault cash in order to visit with community bank customers and assist them as needed. Will assist with loan documentation when needed, complete audit requests, pick up and deliver mail and assist with special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements: Must have excellent internal and external customer service skills. High shcool diploma required, further education preferred. Must have strong phone and computer skills, previous administrative support and customer service experience. Must be detail oriented, be able to work in a fast pace environment, have the ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure. Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office.

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
