Concrete Repair - Crew Support - San Diego role at Saber Concrete Repair Crew Support $20.30- $22 Hourly DOE + Incentive = Approx. $50K-$60K+ Per YR Saber is GROWING, and we are looking for a full-time Concrete Laborer. Job Duties Must be willing to work in confined spaces and trenches Load and off-load materials, tools, and equipment on/off the company truck for each job Travel to the customer's home to install the job Follow all applicable safety guidelines at all times Use heavy power tools and hand tools at the job site Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods Most work in a moderate pace to ensure efficiency and quality When requested by the Foreman, communicate with customers to ensure their understanding of the work and their satisfaction Job Requirements Construction experience is preferred but not required Experience in trenching, excavating, push/helical piers, concrete work, seismic retrofit, post and pad replacement, sump pumps, encapsulation, and/or drainage preferred. MUST have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and reliable transportation Ability to safely lift 60+lbs Excellent communication skills Regular and punctual attendance at the job locations Ability to work overtime if needed We provide the BEST training, systems, products, and services in the business plus a company culture driven by teamwork, excellence and providing WOW service every time.
