Responsibilities Partners with Consumer Investments call center advisors and relationship managers to educate and deepen on bank sales opportunities for personal banking needs Works with Consumer Investments clients to deepen relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending the best bank products, services, and solutions to meet those needs Responds to general customer inquiries, navigates complex situations and providing problem resolution for client concerns Sells and fulfills banking products including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) Quotes rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions with 100% accuracy Manages risk in every business, product, and service transaction by consistently leveraging available tools and resources Qualifications Active Listening Business Development Consulting Customer Service Management Customer and Client Focus Adaptability Attention to Detail Client Experience Branding Interpret Relevant Laws, Rules, and Regulations Client Solutions Advisory Issue Management Problem Solving Minimum Education High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Shift 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week 40 Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Sales Industries Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr Bank of America
