People First in the Bronx

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit team of eight physicians and seven APPs at Montefiore Westchester Square. We operate between Mount Vernon and Westchester Square sites
• We maintain strong connections through team meetings bi-monthly

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in emergency or family medicine with emergency medicine experience.
• 2025 grads are encouraged to apply.

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling:

• Single physician coverage ensures a focused and independent approach to medical decision-making and treatment provision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Our Montefiore site is NY’s first free-standing emergency department
• Cater to a diverse population with a low-volume ED with a high acuity directly, providing a dynamic and challenging
• Typical procedures that our team does is Airway Management, Conscious Sedation, central lines, and chest tubes

Rewards and Benefits:

• Compensation: 1099 Salary range is $265 to $290 per hour, depending on shift.
