Lindsay Precast, LLC is hiring Industrial Assembly Laborers to support precast concrete production operations in Ohio. This role focuses on hands-on assembly work within a precast concrete manufacturing environment. Candidates should have prior experience working in an industrial, construction, or concrete setting and demonstrate strong safety awareness and the ability to follow work instructions.

This position is primarily assembly-focused, supporting concrete forms, embeds, and components, with some material handling and equipment operation as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on assembly work related to precast concrete production, including forms, rebar supports, embeds, and components
• Assemble, position, and secure concrete-related components using hand and power tools
• Assist with preparation, setup, and breakdown of concrete forms and assemblies
• Safely move materials and components throughout the facility to support concrete assembly operations
• Operate or assist in operating tow motors (forklifts) and/or overhead cranes (experience preferred; training available)
• Read and follow work instructions, shop drawings, and job specifications
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas in compliance with concrete plant safety standards
• Work collaboratively with production teams to meet production schedules
• Communicate with supervisors and Quality/Safety personnel as needed
• Stop work and report unsafe conditions or behaviors immediately
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 35-50 lbs
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor in a precast concrete manufacturing environment for 8-10 hours per day
• Exposure to concrete, dust, vibration, noise, and outdoor conditions as required
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, with overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
• Required PPE: hard hat, steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection

• Some manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.
