Job Description

Our client, one of the largest suppliers of financial technology software is hiring for an Instructional Designer!

*This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!*

As an Instructional Designer, you will design, develop, and tailor learning solutions that meet user needs, supporting their journey from onboarding to ongoing professional growth. You will also lead or independently create engaging, well-crafted instructional materials, from guides and videos to assessments and simulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a wide range of engaging instructional materials —including tutorials, videos, simulations, and assessments—using tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Design and lead end-to-end learning projects from needs analysis through launch, cross collaborating across teams to deliver performance-based learning solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously , ensuring timely delivery, clear communication with stakeholders, and continuous improvement based on learner feedback and evaluation data.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in instructional design
• Prior experience with Articulate Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and Audacity
• Project Management experience
