Role: LPC Associate or Student seeking supervision for Internship hours
Where: Various cities in Texas; In person-Houston, TX; Remote
Commitment: Flexible scheduling and part-time
We are looking for Licensed Professional Counselor Associates (LPC-Associates) or LPC Student Interns who want to complete the necessary supervision hours to become fully licensed. Under the clinical supervision of a licensed LPC-Supervisor, this position offers the chance to offer individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy to an underserved population in an inviting environment. Duties will include providing psychotherapy to individual of various ages; caseloads vary depending on program requirements and availability. Students and associates will complete case documentation, progress notes, treatment planning, and intake evaluations in accordance with organizational and ethical guidelines. Review cases, get feedback, and demonstrate clinical competencies by taking part in weekly supervision with an LPC-Supervisor. We also respect professional ethics and confidentiality in line with Texas LPC Board guidelines within our practice.
Requirements:
A master's degree in counseling or a similar discipline.
current standing in the state of Texas as an LPC-Associate or enrollment in an LPC program and in process of Internship.
strong communication, interpersonal, and planning abilities.

a growth mindset that is receptive to criticism and clinical advancement.
