We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team ON SITE in Plymouth, California. This Contract-to-permanent position offers a dynamic work environment where you will contribute to marketing initiatives, event coordination, and administrative tasks. The role is primarily office-based, with the possibility of transitioning to remote work based on performance and proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, schedule, and analyze email campaigns using Mailchimp to support marketing initiatives.

• Create visually appealing promotional materials, such as flyers and social media posts, using Canva.

• Update and maintain website content using WordPress, ensuring accuracy and engagement.

• Generate and implement QR codes to enhance promotional efforts and streamline event marketing.

• Develop surveys using SurveyMonkey to collect valuable feedback for events or campaigns.

• Coordinate event logistics, including digital promotion and on-site support during peak periods.

• Manage communications by responding to inquiries and assisting team members with marketing-related needs.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.

• Ensure timely and efficient completion of administrative tasks related to marketing and events.

• Adapt to flexible hours during busy event seasons to meet project deadlines.

• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, and WordPress for marketing and design tasks.
• Familiarity with QR code generators and survey platforms like SurveyMonkey.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Experience in event planning or willingness to support logistical needs during events.
• Ability to analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights.
• Prior exposure to CRM systems and budget processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator and InDesign.
• Understanding of social media analytics, such as Facebook Insights, to enhance brand awareness.
