Position Overview:

 

 

SATURDAY & SUNDAY PREMIUM: An additional $3.00/hr from September 15th through December 21st.
PEAK HOLIDAY PREMIUM: An additional $1.00/hr from November 24th through December 21st.

 

The purpose of an Automation Workflow Coordinator is to plan, generate, monitor, and troubleshoot all workflow generated through the automated pick module. This position plays a pivotal role with regards to maintaining efficiency within the warehouse as well as sustaining the DTC customer experience expectations. In addition to maintaining warehouse efficiency, troubleshooting is necessary to identify and resolve any anomalies which prevent orders from shipping in a timely manner.

Position Details:

Seasonal Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00AM - 6:30PM

What You’ll Do: 

  • Typical schedule is 36 hrs/week plus additional hours as required
  • Maintain constant communication between retail, shipping leads and receiving/replenishing leads
  • Monitor conveyor heat map and adjust workflow if required
  • Analyze and generate workflow reports
  • Identify the workload for both retail and consumer
  • Understand department labor capacities while maintaining a well-proportioned workflow
  • Wave Consumer orders in accordance with Duluth Trading customer delivery promise
  • Wave Retail orders to maintain compliance with retail restock, reset, and new store development guidelines
  • Oversee all waves to ensure 100% completion
  • Identify and fix all anomalies preventing orders from shipping in a timely manner
  • Verify Inventory levels against order fulfillment needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma 
  • Equivalent work experience would be considered  
  • 1+ year of experience as a lead/supervisor of a mid-size to large size distribution/fulfillment center.
  • Direct-to-consumer fulfillment experience a plus 
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication 
  • Sense of urgency in accomplishing objectives
  • Exceptional leadership ability
  • Adept problem-solver and analytical thinker
  • Proven coaching and mentoring skills
  • Spreadsheet and word processing proficiency 
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

 

Physical Environment 

  • Standing or walking for up to twelve hours a day
  • Frequently lifting up to thirty pounds, occasionally lifting up to seventy pounds
  • Frequently reaching, twisting, and bending in multiple directions
  • Ability to perform work in tight quarter workstations.
  • Moderate warehouse noise level
  • Push/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds
  • Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (i.e.: folding garments)
  • Work in temperatures ranging from 50 – 95 degrees

Compensation Range: $21.50/hr

Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
