At Resolve, were building Agentic AI that empowers software engineers by automating production engineering and SRE workflows. Our models deeply understand production systems from code to databases taking on repetitive, highpressure tasks and handling critical incidents autonomously, so engineers can focus on building.

Our founders (Spiros Xanthos and Mayank Agarwal) are the core creators of OpenTelemetry and led Splunk Observability. They have had 2 successful exits to Splunk and VMware.

We raised a $35M Seed round from toptier investors like Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Jeff Dean (Chief Scientist, Google DeepMind), Thomas Dohmke (CEO, GitHub), Matt Garman (CEO, AWS), Reid Hoffman (Founder, LinkedIn) and Fei Fei Li (Professor, Stanford).

What Youll Do

• Lead the endtoend design vision for Resolve AIs brand and marketing, shaping how our story comes to life across web, product, and campaign touchpoints.
• Report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Founders and Executives to define and execute the visual strategy that brings our brand and mission to life.
• Translate complex, technical ideas into visually compelling narratives that communicate Resolve AIs mission to empower engineers with Agentic AI.
• Design highimpact creative assets for launches, campaigns, events, and executive communications from web and social to presentations and motion.
• Build the foundations of our design system, codifying brand guidelines, reusable components, and scalable templates for use across teams.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional partners to ensure every visual detail, from typography to motion, reinforces a cohesive brand experience.
• Establish creative processes and standards that balance speed and craft in a fastmoving, highambition startup environment.
• Experiment with new design techniques, tools, and AIassisted workflows to push the boundaries of how we communicate visually.

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, visual clarity, and storytelling.
• Proven ability to define and execute a brand vision across digital platforms, including web, campaigns, product marketing, and internal communications.
• Deep expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion, 3D, or interactive design experience is a plus.
• Exceptional eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, and color with meticulous attention to detail and craft.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to articulate creative rationale clearly to executives and crossfunctional partners.
• Experience building design systems or scalable frameworks that ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Comfort operating as both strategist and handson designer; you can zoom out to define direction and dive in to execute with excellence.
• A selfstarter who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure from scratch, and is energized by being the first design hire at a highgrowth AI startup.
