The Sr. UX/UI Designer at Inizio Evoke is responsible for delivery of digital products inclusive mobile, desktop, and in-person websites and applications. The Sr. UX/UI Designer works collaboratively with a project team consisting of Creative, Strategy, Project Management, and Technology. Our ideal colleague would be one who can work between multiple teams and independent environments. You will be the voice of the user while being responsible for final UX/UI deliverables. The UX/UI group within Inizio Evoke is responsible for all digital product delivery from wireframe layout to development handoff.

The Senior UX/UI designer will report to the Senior Director, UX/UI. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• User interface design and design system documentation and implementation
• User research, concept testing, and usability testing
• Conduct competitive audits, heuristic analysis and domain research
• Developing and documenting detailed user experience specifications for highly interactive interfaces
• Deliver technical layouts, design system components and interaction states to development team across multiple platforms
• Run web analytics data and behavioral insights to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with our in-house creatives, strategists and developers
• Plan and execute user-centered design processes blend strong visual design and user experience skills with a deep understanding of AI methodologies to assist with workflow efficiency
• Set up prototypes to client & design system specifications and known best practices
• Exercise expert knowledge of the theories and methodologies governing UX
• Translate business and user requirements into meaningful interactive experiences
• Be a confident presenter and be comfortable engaging with clients

Requirements

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience
• Application experience: Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Hotjar, Clarity, Mouseflow, Lyssna, Maze, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and Creative Cloud
• Experience with common practices in content architecture, user interface design and user experience philosophies
• Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to understand and foresee user requirements and usage patterns
• Adept at finding practical solutions to real problems
• Experience working with design systems, user flows, site maps, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, high-fidelity designs, technical layouts, interaction state documentation, personas, RWD, AA/AAA compliance
• Omnichannel experience with digital platforms beyond the browser AI, mobile, audio interfaces, multi-touch, widgets, AR/VR/MR, tablet and desktop applications
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment with the ability meet business objectives
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Educated in user-centered design methodologies
• Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant program, such as web communications or design

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
