The purpose of this role is to be the primary interface between internal teams and external customers to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of orders. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from entry through to shipment and invoicing, in alignment with company, partner, and country-specific requirements. Operating within the Order Management Team, the Specialist collaborates closely with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Sales to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, coordination, and communication across multiple functions and regions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Validate order details and accurately process sales transactions for the Americas, ensuring compliance with all internal procedures and guidelines

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to confirm product availability, shipping requirements, and pricing accuracy, ensuring all sales orders are complete and correct

Maintain alignment between CRM & ERP systems by ensuring sales orders are accurately reflected and updated in both platforms

Communicate proactively with internal and external customers to provide timely updates on order status, delays, or delivery issues

Process approved credits, returns, and adjustments in accordance with departmental policies and timelines

Support team continuity by serving as a backup for colleagues during periods of absence or high volume

Act as a liaison across departments to resolve incomplete or inaccurate sales order data and ensure smooth order processing

Job Skills and Qualifications:

Customer-focused individual with a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, adaptability to process changes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Minimum of 4 years' experience in Order Management, Order Processing, Order Fulfillment, or a closely related operational role.

Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively as a team player

Ability to work independently, using own initiative to identify and resolve issues proactively

Ability to work closely with North America Sales and Channel teams to maintain continuity and deliver a world-class standard of service to NA Partners

Strong interpersonal skills including effective decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities

Experience with CRM and ERP systems is essential; Salesforce and CPQ experience is a plus

Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet tight deadlines with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Basic understanding of logistics operations and the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including inventory management, shipping, and delivery coordination

Hourly Range: $22 - $26 + Bonus Eligible
