Job Summary

Our Project Management + Construction Management sector is seeking a Summer High School Student to join our team in our Chicago, IL office.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You Will Do

• Observe and shadow professionals in different departments to gain insight into their roles and responsibilities
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, or seminars designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in relevant areas
• Take on special projects or initiatives as assigned by supervisors or mentors. This could involve working independently or in collaboration with other interns or staff members.
• Participate in Thrive activities
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Team

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear documentation and interacting professionally with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also able to effectively collaborate in a team environment
• Strong commitment to integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical, fair, and responsible behavior
• Commitment to innovation and continuous learning, with a passion for acquiring new skills and driving improvements
