This is an Allied Health Travel position. You must live more than 30 miles outside of Rochester, NY to be considered for this position.

MRI Tech -  Rochester, NY

13-Week Contract (September 22 - December 22, 2025)

$2,720 per week for the first 2 weeks working for 40hours per week

$1,632 per week starting from 9/6-7 working 2 weekend shift per week

• Skill Enhancement : This role provides you with the chance to work with advanced technology in a Level 1 Trauma Center, expanding your knowledge and experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
  

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an MRI Technologist, your role will be key in providing exceptional care to patients undergoing MRI scans. You’ll work with a GE scanner, perform diagnostic imaging, and help patients feel comfortable during their procedures. Specific duties include:

• Operating MRI machines with precision and care, ensuring the highest quality scans.
  
• Preparing patients for scans, explaining the procedure, and ensuring their comfort throughout the process.
  
• Coordinating with physicians to ensure timely receipt of results.
  
• Documenting procedures while maintaining patient confidentiality and following safety protocols.
  
• Inserting IVs as necessary for certain tests.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of MRI experience in a clinical setting.
  
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification.
  
• GE Scanner Experience is a must.
  
• Level 1 Trauma Center Experience preferred.
  
• ARRT certification (preferred), or the willingness to obtain it after starting.
