ProKatchers is seeking a travel nurse RN Educator for a travel nursing job in Brooklyn, New York.
Job Description :
Collaborates and assists the nursing administrative and leadership staff in defining, implementing and maintaining the standards of nursing practice.
Collaborates with the nursing administrative and leadership staff in identifying and documenting the learning need s of the nursing staff concerning nursing practice.
Maintains knowledge/clinical expertise by continual review of current literature/research and products that impact nursing practice and patient care outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum three (3) years of relevant nurse educator experience.
Atleast one (1) year of Long Term Care experience.
License, Certification, Registration:
Current NY State RN License, required.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), required.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
