Job Title: QA/Test Manager

Location: Onsite – Boise, Idaho 83702

Job Type: Contract (C2C OK)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a QA/Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing efforts for the rollout of an Authorized Roles-Based Web Application . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Test Management , automated testing frameworks, and Agile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage test plans and QA strategy
• Coordinate manual and automated testing efforts
• Use ServiceNow Test Module for tracking, execution, and reporting
• Oversee QA activities including test case creation, defect tracking, and progress documentation
• Manage testers, test-related risks, and mitigation techniques
• Provide regular reports on quality metrics, testing progress, and automation analytics

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in Agile/Scrum QA environments
• Strong knowledge of SDLC , QA practices, and test automation
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Test Management
• Experience in test strategy, scripting, regression testing, and resource management
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have:

• Strong SQL and scripting experience
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
